NOVA Chemicals’ Inclusion & Diversity Council is an employee-driven group with full support from executive leadership sponsors. The Council is committed to leading educational efforts and supporting change that helps all of NOVA grow around Inclusion & Diversity.
Belonging at NOVA Chemicals
At NOVA, we offer training programs for all employees and leaders focused on the various aspects of Inclusion & Diversity, helping everyone learn and grow as they desire. Our strategy is shared broadly across our organization to ensure employees are aware of our pillars of work.
Employee Resource Groups
ERGs play an important part in NOVA Chemicals’ Inclusion & Diversity strategy. At NOVA, ERGs are voluntary, employee-run groups that promote acceptance, build allyship, and provide a place for employees to come together.
Supporting NOVA’s culture, values, employees, and by extension NOVA’s business objectives, employees have come together to create ERGs in support of women, working parents, indigenous cultures and more. Employees are encouraged to start an ERG that interests them where they see a need.
